Event Description

Come and see how you can take easy-to-understand and easy-to-use biblical leadership principles to help those you lead to thrive in your ministry whether inside or outside the walls of the church.
How to View Session Videos
Every session (with the exception of Session 1 on stewardship) consists of a teaching, a small group exercise based on scripture, a review of the small group exercise and an individual leadership application exercise. You can download the conference guide with the exercises here. Sessions with exercises are divided into two video recordings. The first video is the session teaching of leadership principles. The second video is the small group exercise review discussing the leadership principles found in scripture. As you view the sessions 2-5, begin with the teaching video. Then do the small group exercise as instructed in the teaching video on your own. Next, watch the exercise review video. Finally, complete the leadership application exercise. Exercises with conference guide page numbers are listed after each video.
