The project files listed below are descriptions of how MinistryPlatform was extended to manage the administration/ministry needs of Rocky Mountain Calvary.  In each project new pages, subpages, views, processes and/or reports were created within MinistryPlatform to manage each area of need.

New MP Project Template
This file is a template that can be used to plan a new MinistryPlatform extension project.

Volunteer Application Processing Project
A description of how a new volunteer application project can be implemented.  The project includes how custom forms are used to allow people to volunteer for an opportunity created in MP.  It also includes how ministry leaders are notified when a new application is submitted, how to track the progress of application requirements and what workflow is followed to place a new volunteer in an area of ministry.

Food Pantry Project
A description of how a food bank can be managed by extending MinistryPlatform.

Time Off Process
A brief description of how MinistryPlatform was extended to manage a church staff time off process (requesting and managing vacation and sick time taken by staff members).  It describes how MP processes can be used to notify supervisors of a new time off request, how HR can be notified so the request can be recorded, and confirming requests to the staff member submitting the request.  This project also includes descriptions of reports created to keep track of remaining time off that can be accessed by HR and all staff members with vacation/sick benefits.

Using the IT Help Ticket Page
A brief description of how MinistryPlatform was extended to manage IT help tickets created by church staff.  The project includes creating processes to notify IT staff of ticket submissions, documenting work and the amount of time taken to resolve an IT issue and how the staff member creating the request is notified when a ticket has been closed.
